LIGHT THE WAY DANCE CONVENTION IS NEXT WEEK

In less than a week dancer’s from all over the country will gather at the second annual Light The Way Dance Convention at Sydney Coliseum Theatre, West HQ. Producers Kelley Abbey & Louise Telford are once again gathering the biggest names in the business where the true legends of Australian dance will teach Masterclasses, Q&A industry panels, and a huge giant gala show LUMINO hosted by Luke Jacobz.

KELLEY ABBEY’S MOCK AUDITION

On Friday 1st September, Kelley Abbey is holding a Musical Theatre mock audition with a panel of industry heavyweights where students will be taught the skills to succeed in a true cattle-call audition by the best in the business. On the Friday afternoon, Mitchell Woodcock, Creative Director and Choreographer of New Ground Collective will be taking an exclusive Commercial Jazz masterclass with New Ground Collective Associate Choreographer Lauren Kate Seymour. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

SUPERSTAR FACULTY INC BRIAN FRIEDMAN

Internationally renowned choreographer Brian Friedman is coming back down-under to teach workshops exclusively at the convention in addition to an Australian superstar faculty including Kelley Abbey, Cassie Bartho, Sarah Boulter, Paris Cavanagh, Tiana Canterbury, Leanne Cherny, Chaz Cummings, Jorja Freeman, Sophie Holloway, Michelle Hopper Doyle, Robbie Kmetoni, Cameron Mitchell, Alex Miedzinski, Matt Lee, Dein Perry, Stephen Tannos, Lauren Seymour, Felicia Stav, Neale Whittaker, Mitchell Woodcock & Kate Wormald.
