This follows on from the success of the 2016 Genée held in Sydney, Australia, last December. [You can still view the recording of the 2016 Genée Final – Available until 11 March 2017.]
Coaching will take place at the studios of Companhia Nacional de Bailado (CNB) from 8–12 September. The Semi-finals will be held at BBVA Tivoli on 13 & 14 September, with the Final at Teatro Camões on 16 September.
Lisbon is Portugal’s beautiful coastal capital and is Europe’s second-oldest capital after Athens. With its mixture of history, tradition, and vibrant contemporary culture, we are hugely excited about Lisbon playing host to the competition for the very first time
