The Face to Face Workshop runs over 2 days (16 hours total) and includes the course manual, the full Band-ITS kit and is instructed by Band-ITS director, Sally Harrison. The online learning workshop is 9 hours, spread over 4 weeks. This also includes the course manual and the full Band-ITS kit.
In 2020 we will be launching even more workshops for dancers/dance teachers:
- Band-ITS Core: A shorter session with greater focus on hip and pelvic stability
- Dancers Tune-up: A full body release programme with focus on myofascial release and dynamic mobility. This uses Roll Model release balls.
- Band-ITS Body: A full body training programme with no Barre required
