Directory Section

Description of Goods and Services:
The dancelife.com.au directory service allows members to buy advertised listings for goods and services related to dancing which will appear in the on-line directory or on-line directory sub-pages found at http://www.dancelife.com.au/directory/. Each listing must be separately paid for using the dancelife.com.au directory payment gateway (which is accessible to logged in directory members) and will expire after the allocated period of time for the listing, which will appear on the invoice. Payments for listings must be made through the dancelife.com.au directory payment page (please see “On-line Transactions” for more information).
Once a listing is paid for by a member, the paid advertising will be delivered in the form of a listing which will appear in our directory. The listing information which appears should contain the information indicated during the listing creation process. Members who buy listings will receive a receipt after the payment process is complete and should print this off into hard copy for future reference. Logged in directory members are also able to view their transaction history.

Privacy Policy

Directory members will be required to enter contact information to activate their account which will be used to contact members regarding their payments and for other account information such as renewal notices. dancelife.com.au will never redistribute information from member accounts, and credit card information will not be stored on the dancelife.com.au server. However, it is assumed that information entered separately for directory listings, such as email accounts, addresses and phone numbers is approved for public access to non-members and may be used by dancelife.com.au or third parties to contact you, although we will not sell your listing information to a third party.
Furthermore dancelife.com.au takes measures to make sure your listing information will not be automatically harvested by web based programs (with the exception of search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN Live), however we can't guarantee that your listing information will not be automatically harvested. Harvesting dancelife.com.au information using the directory is a violation of the dancelife.com.au terms and conditions.

Consumer Data And Privacy Policy / Terms and Conditions

General members of the dancelife.com.au website have the ability to enter their user data into their profile pages and other sections of the site including blog comments, forum posts and image galleries. Unless otherwise specified, members should assume that all types of media including text, images and video can be accessed to the public and other members. Members will also be able to search for other members based on their profile data and by the content contributed to the site. Dancelife reserves the right to block and report members to the appropriate authorities if member accounts are abused. Content that in the absolute discretion of Dancelife is considered offensive, including illegal images, video or inappropriate content of a sexual or offensive nature (including racist remarks) will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities. Content that in the absolute discretion of Dancelife is considered spam (such as spam content in blog comments) will be removed. If you believe you have found inappropriate content on Dancelife, please report it to the Dancelife administrators via our contact section.
Dancelife does not guarantee or make any representation as to any return or income or business that may be generated from participation in the dancelife.com.au website or the style and look of the dancelife.com.au website (as it may be varied from time to time) and in purchasing a listing a directory member acknowledges and agrees and warrants to Dancelife that its decision to do so is based entirely upon its own decision, skill and judgement and that it has not relied upon any representation whether made by a duly authorised representative of Dancelife or any other person other than as may be contained in these Terms and Conditions.
