Norwegian Cruise Line Australian Auditions

Priscilla Queen of the Desert & Other Shows | November 2016

Male & Female | Dancers & Singers

Norwegian Creative Studios will be holding auditions in Australia in November for dancers and singers to fill roles in the at-sea production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Auditions are by appointment only.

Directed by Dean Bryant, Priscilla Queen of the Desert will be cruising around the Mediterranean on the Norwegian Epic from January 18 2017 to August 27 2017. Auditions specifically for Priscilla will be held in Sydney on Nov 1 and Melbourne on Nov 12.

Australian Casting Director Lisa Campbell will be looking to fill the roles of Bernadette, Mitzi/Tick, Felicia/Adam, Bob and The Divas. All auditionees must have a strong voice suitable for the music in Priscilla, which is written in the contemporary style of the 70s and 80s. Vocal gymnastics, embellishments and improvisation are not a requirement. Campbell wants to hear a clear contemporary tone and a natural, uncontrived pop/contemporary vocal approach to the songs.

See more information on the roles being cast below. For appointment consideration, submit interest to priscilla_AU@norwegiancreativestudios.com.

Norwegian are also auditioning in Australia for other multiple roles aboard their ships in other productions. Please visit norwegiancreativestudios.com/auditions for full details.
